90-Days Return Policy

  • You must provide a copy of the receipt for purchase of the Product to be returned which clearly indicates the date of purchase of the Product.
  • Attachment of pictures of the defective product / defective areas. (products might be required to be sent back to Grounded for further examination/verification)

* Warranty covers the damage of wristbands and necklaces ONLY. GROUNDED will NOT replace any Silicone Dots Packs or Compression Bands.

This warranty does not cover: (a) normal wear and tear, (b) misuse or abuse, (c) accident or negligence, (d) contact with extreme heat, (e) altered or modified Product, or (f) any other acts by you which are not the result of any failure by GROUNDED or the Product. In no event will Grounded be liable for any amount greater than the purchase price of a defective product.
